Do I like that view
Becky looking out over Llyn Padarn on a beautiful Autumn day. She actually had her eyes on 3 swans that had just set off swimming on the lake. Snowdon in the background can be seen with the first snows of what would be quite a hard winter. I climbed the Crib Goch Ridge 3 days later in perfect snow and nobody else about, the advantage of going away in November. A red dog-lead was photoshopped out, but other than that image is much what you see.
Descending Carn Mor Dearg
James Williams can be seen descending down from the summit of Carn Mor Dearg in very deep unstable snow. Indeed there had been a serious avalanche earlier in the day on Ben Nevis opposite, when 6 French climbers were avalanched below the Orion Face, sustaining 3 broken legs between them. It was a day of breathtaking views across snow-covered peaks over 100 miles away!
